Reading One Day.
My mum mentioned yesterday that I literally do point-and-shoot. I've got the dimensions of my camera screen in my head, and I just walk, and shoot something that I think looks nice, and keep chatting. And that is so wildly different from my experiences with a DSLR. It's going to be a different technique of photography when I finally get one {so far I've got £105.19 in loose change!} and with today's photos I tried to do more composition, more squatting for a good shot, more 'professional' methods. I had to keep reminding myself, but it was good!
I'm looking forward to this week. It's going to be busy, but good, I hope! How's your Sunday been?

What lovely photos, Libby dear. I can't wait to see what you can do with a DSLR, since your photos are already so beautiful with your p&s. And I agree--I'm constantly having to remind myself not to settle with just pointing-and-shooting, but paying extra attention to my composition and angles and such. It can make a big difference!
