Sunday Scenes

Breakfast: bagel, water, antibiotic & vitamin.
Starting our walk.
I feel so lucky to live near such a gorgeous city!
Another college,
another,
and another!
Lemonade in a yummy French bistro,
and my dad's delicious-looking dessert.
Sunday night hair styling,
and a light dinner of crackers and cheese.

Today has been weird. It's always strange, every year, this day. And I am glad I did something positive and raised funds for the local hospice and I am also confused over politics. This article resonated with me, especially two sentences which I think are true of so much:
So today I honor the tragedy with what I believe we can do in the face of it. On the 10th anniversary of the day that changed everything as we know it, honor the memory of those lost and their families by telling someone you do have in your life that you love them.

I love you. Thanks for reading & commenting & being lovely.

  1. Those colleges are beautiful. I love that old-fashioned architecture style. Food looks delicious, as always. Happy Sunday. :)

  2. Wow, I wish my college (or university, as we call it here) looked that pretty!

  3. Oh wow Libby you really do live in a beautiful city! The colleges look wonderful in these photos, they really do transport you back in time just looking at them. I think positivity is the key - although we do need to look back and honour those who lost their lives for no reason it is important that we focus on building a brighter future for the world - like you did by raising money for your local hospice.
